缠道（以下简称"我们"）非常重视您的隐私。本隐私政策说明了我们在您使用缠道应用（以下简称"本应用"）时如何收集、使用和保护您的个人信息。

1. 信息收集

我们收集以下类型的信息：

• 账户信息：注册时提供的用户名、手机号码。
• 使用数据：您查看的股票代码、K线频率偏好、搜索关键词等匿名使用统计，用于改善服务质量。
• 设备信息：设备型号、操作系统版本、应用版本，用于推送通知和技术支持。
• 订阅与支付信息：通过 Apple App Store 或支付宝一次性支付处理的订单、金额和权益交易记录。

2. 信息使用

我们使用收集的信息用于：

• 提供和维护本应用的核心功能（缠论分析、K线数据等）。
• 处理和管理您的订阅。
• 发送您订阅的智能监控推送通知。
• 改善和优化服务质量。
• 防止滥用和保障服务安全。

3. 信息共享

我们不会出售、出租或向第三方共享您的个人信息，以下情况除外：

• 经您明确同意的情况。
• 法律法规要求披露的情况。
• 与 Apple 进行订阅验证，或与支付宝及 YunGouOS 完成您主动发起的支付和到账核验所必需的交互。

3.5 个性化数据使用

新账号默认开启该设置，不显示首次弹窗。已有账号保留其当前选择，不会因本次更改被重置。你可随时在“设置 → 隐私 / 数据收集 → 个性化数据使用”中开启或关闭。

3.6 一个设置覆盖的三类个人信息

该设置同时控制 ActionCard 交互事件、持仓与关注设置、解读偏好的新写入；关闭后三类一并停止新写入。

3.6a 产品行为统计

登录后默认记录页面访问、前后台变化、操作类别、请求处理结果、可见结果展示、会员与能量购买流程状态，以及发生时间、接收时间、平台、版本、会话与随机交互标识；这些记录与账号关联，用于了解产品使用和改进体验，不是匿名数据。此统计独立于上述个性化数据设置，不另显示首次征询弹窗。

此类事件不记录搜索词、证券代码、价格、持仓内容、问答或报告正文、日记或反馈正文、手机号邮箱、定位、IP、设备指纹、认证信息或截图；不采集录屏、DOM或点击坐标，不使用第三方分析SDK。原始行为保留180天，可通过“删除我的数据”清除或随注销账号删除。清除后继续使用产品将产生新的行为记录，旧的离线待发记录不会重新写入。

3.7 反馈截图

你可以自愿随反馈上传一张截图，用于定位和处理你报告的问题。截图可能包含账号、持仓等个人信息，请在上传前先遮挡不需要提供的内容。截图只对提交者本人和支持人员可见，不会通过公共链接提供。

你使用“删除我的数据”或注销账号时，活动数据库中的反馈和截图会立即删除。在线备份按 7 天年龄窗口轮转；备份介质离线或断电期间无法主动删除，重新联机后必须先清理超过 7 天的副本，才允许读取、恢复或新增备份。

4. 数据存储与安全

您的数据存储在安全的服务器上，我们采用行业标准的加密和安全措施保护您的信息。密码使用 PBKDF2-SHA256 加密存储，通信使用加密传输。

5. 数据保留

我们在您使用本应用期间保留您的账户信息。匿名使用统计数据会长期保留以用于服务优化。您可以随时联系我们删除您的账户和相关数据。

启用股票问答后，我们会在你的账号下保存问题、最终公开回答、股票频道以及处理状态和时间，用于异步完成、历史上下文和跨设备未读提醒；应用内问答数据最多保留 30 天，且每个股票频道最多 100 条。为发现和修复回答质量问题，我们还会为每次问答保存一份质量快照，包含问题、最多三组必要的近期问答上下文、最终公开回答及其公开证据、生成与校验诊断；生成异常时还可能包含被系统拒绝、未展示给你的模型草稿。质量快照最多保留 180 天，不随频道清空而删除，仅供受控质量审核使用；它不包含认证信息、系统提示词或隐藏推理，并可通过现有的数据删除入口随账号数据删除。回答生成会使用 Qwen 和已披露的只读行情、财务及新闻上游。你对回答做出的评价（好评或差评、你选择的差评原因、该回答的生成方式与技术处理结果、对应股票代码、提交与更新时间）不受上述 30 天、100 条与质量快照 180 天限制，也不随频道清空而删除，我们无期限保留它用于改进回答质量；评价记录本身不包含你的问题原文或回答正文。在一条回答仍能在应用内看到时，你可以取消对它的评价；该回答过期或频道被清空之后，对应的评价将无法单独取消，只能通过现有的数据删除入口连同账号数据一并删除。你可以清空单个股票频道，或通过现有的数据删除入口删除账号数据；本功能只提供分析，不会代你下单。

你可以自愿为单只股票保存是否持仓、每股平均持仓成本价、持股数量和关注重点。缠问不会读取券商账户或自动获取成交记录；只有你主动填写时才保存成本价和持股数量。它只会在适用的持仓策略、技术风险与后续观察条件问题中帮助生成更贴合当前情况的回答，不会改变行情事实或代替你作出交易决定；实际采用时，这些内容会随该次回答请求交给 Qwen 处理。成本价、持股数量和关注重点会保留到你清除该股票的其他设置、清空该股票频道、使用“删除我的数据”，或注销账号；是否持仓状态通过“是否持仓”开关单独修改。

6. 第三方服务与 SDK 清单

推送与广告 SDK 仅在您明确同意本政策版本后初始化；暂不同意时，核心功能仍可使用，但推送与广告保持关闭。我们根据实际启用功能进行最小化配置：

• 极光推送（JPush/JCore，深圳市和讯华谷信息技术有限公司）：用于 Android 消息推送与送达统计；SDK 通过自动采集、去标识化和加密传输处理 Android ID、OAID、AAID、Boot ID 等设备标识符，设备型号/厂商/屏幕/存储、操作系统、网络类型/运营商/IP/DHCP/Wi-Fi 状态及推送日志。使用网络、网络状态、通知和 JPush 自定义广播权限。本应用关闭 IMEI、MAC、IMSI、SSID/BSSID、Wi-Fi 列表、基站等可选采集，以及智能推送、地理围栏、自启动、链路合并、用户洞察和活跃时长统计。极光隐私政策

• Apple App Store：仅在 iOS 处理应用内订阅支付。

7. 您的权利

您有权：

• 访问和查看您的个人信息。
• 更正不准确的个人信息。
• 请求删除您的账户和数据。
• 在系统设置中管理推送通知。

8. 儿童隐私

本应用不面向13岁以下的儿童。我们不会故意收集儿童的个人信息。

我们可能会不时更新本隐私政策。更新后的政策将在本页面发布，并更新"最后更新日期"。

私人交易记录

经你单独同意后，我们会把你的交易计划、成交与复盘正文保存到你的缠道账号，用于跨设备查看。缠道不会代你下单，也不会公开分享这些内容。你可以随时使用“删除我的数据”删除上述记录。

Privacy Policy

ChanDao ("we") values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use the ChanDao application ("the App").

1. Information We Collect

• Account Information: Username and phone number provided during registration.
• Usage Data: Anonymous statistics such as stock codes viewed, K-line frequency preferences, and search keywords, used to improve service quality.
• Device Information: Device model, OS version, and app version for push notifications and technical support.
• Subscription and Payment Information: Order, amount, and entitlement transaction records processed through the Apple App Store or an Alipay one-time payment.

2. How We Use Information

• Provide and maintain core features (Chan theory analysis, K-line data, etc.).
• Process and manage your subscriptions.
• Send push notifications for subscribed alerts.
• Improve and optimize service quality.
• Prevent abuse and ensure service security.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except:

• With your explicit consent.
• When required by law.
• Interactions necessary to verify subscriptions with Apple, or to complete and verify a payment you initiate through Alipay and YunGouOS.

3.5 Personalized Data Use

This setting is ON by default for new accounts and no first-launch prompt is shown. Existing accounts keep their current choice and are not reset by this change. You can turn it on or off at any time under Settings → Privacy / Data Collection → Personalized Data Use.

3.6 Three Data Categories Controlled by One Setting

The setting controls new writes for ActionCard interaction events, holdings and focus settings, and interpretation preferences. Turning it off stops new writes for all three categories.

3.6a Product behavior statistics

After sign-in, first-party product behavior statistics are collected by default, independently of the personalization setting above. Account-linked events include page visits, lifecycle, action categories, request outcomes, visible results, checkout states, timestamps, platform, version and random session/interaction identifiers. No new prompt is shown. Events exclude search terms, securities, prices, holdings, question/report/journal/feedback text, contact details, location, IP, fingerprints, authentication material and screenshots. No replay, DOM, click coordinates or third-party analytics SDK is used. Raw behavior is retained for 180 days and can be erased with Delete my data or account deletion. Continued use creates new events; old queued events cannot return.

3.7 Feedback Screenshots

You may voluntarily attach one screenshot so support can investigate your report. Screenshots may contain account or holdings information; obscure anything that is not needed before uploading. Only you and support personnel can view the screenshot, and no public link is provided.

Feedback and screenshots in the active database are deleted immediately when you use Delete My Data or delete your account. Online backups rotate on a 7-day age window. An offline or powered-down backup medium cannot be cleaned until it reconnects; after reconnection, copies older than 7 days must be removed before any read, restore, or new backup.

4. Data Security

Your data is stored on secure servers with industry-standard encryption. Passwords are stored using PBKDF2-SHA256 hashing.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Contact us through the in-app feedback feature.

6. Third-Party Services and SDKs

Push and advertising SDKs initialize only after you explicitly accept this policy version. If you decline, core features remain available while push and advertising stay disabled. We minimize processing to the features actually enabled:

• JPush/JCore (Shenzhen Hexun Huagu Information Technology Co., Ltd.): Android message delivery and delivery statistics. It automatically collects, de-identifies and encrypts device identifiers (Android ID, OAID, AAID and Boot ID), device hardware, OS, network/operator/IP/DHCP/Wi-Fi state and push logs. It uses network, network-state, notification and JPush custom broadcast permissions. We disable optional IMEI/MAC/IMSI/SSID/BSSID/Wi-Fi-list/base-station collection and smart push, geofence, auto-wakeup, link merge, data insights and active-time statistics. Jiguang Privacy Policy
• Huawei Push Kit (Huawei Software Technologies Co., Ltd.): a vendor delivery channel used only on Huawei devices. It automatically processes basic app information, device model, OS/system settings, network/operator/SSID/IP information and the push token for delivery. • Pangle Ads SDK (Beijing Ocean Engine Network Technology Co., Ltd. and affiliates): rewarded-ad delivery, measurement, attribution, analytics and anti-fraud. It automatically processes device/OS/display/language/time-zone/CPU/storage information, Android ID/OAID or iOS IDFV (and IDFA only with system authorization), network/IP/operator, app package/version/foreground state, ad interactions, crash and performance data. It uses network, network-state, wake-lock, ASUS OAID access permission and SDK custom broadcast permissions; phone, location, storage, package-install and all-packages permissions are disabled. • Alipay Payment SDK (Alipay (Hangzhou) Digital Services Technology Co., Ltd.): used only on Android after you confirm a positive-cash quote and tap “Agree and Pay with Alipay.” It does not initialize at app startup and is not invoked for a zero-cash entitlement conversion. 7. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Private Trade Records

After your separate consent, we store your trade plans, executions, and journal text in your ChanDao account for cross-device access. ChanDao does not place orders for you or publish this content. You may delete these records at any time with “Delete My Data.”
